It's hard to believe that Christmas is over already. I wish I could go back to the day I came home for break, time is going too quickly. Soon it'll be New Year's and I'll be back in Lawrencetown once more.
Haven't you missed my charmingly pessimistic posts?
My break has been good so far. I've tried to sleep a lot, although it doesn't always work out. I love seeing my family again, it's so great just to hang out with them. Catching up with friends is also very fun, whether while taking a trip to Hali or just going sledding. I'm hoping to see more people in the next week. And it was good to get to see Matt again.
Hope everyone is enjoying their break and can't wait to see you again.

I should be doing labs for/studying for my petrology lab but I needed to take a break, I've spent 8 hours straight the last three Mondays (as well as 8 hours straight the last few Wednesdays) on Petrology and it's making me crazy.
Not much is new, my biggest story is going down to Lawrencetown and hunting for an apartment. I cannot believe how small the place is, it's going to be a boring year. There is no bank, no grocery store, no Tim's! One restaurant, one convenience store and apparently only one street. And it looks like I'm going Anglican, because the nearest Catholic church is in the next town over. That's okay though, the Anglican and Catholic church are very similar, at least to my knowledge. I ended up getting a place, it's a bachelor apartment about 30 feet from the school, which is awesome, very close. Especially since it seems I'll be spending a lot of my time at COGS.
I guess I should get back to work...all motivation is gone, but I need to kick ass on my lab exam. Later days.

I saw a commercial with my sister last week for Bones, and we thought we saw Stephen Fry on it. It was hard to tell. By tonight I'd talked myself out of believing it. Thankfully, I was wrong and he played a psychologist in the episode. It's the only full episode of Bones I've ever seen and Stephen made it awesome. I think our obsession with Fry and Laurie is reaching unhealthy proportions. It makes me sad that he was on another Fox show before House, though. He needs to be on House.
